Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Goals:

  1. That the IT competences we provide always live up to, if not exceed clients’ expectations.
  2. That any problems which may arise during the course of the project will be solved quickly and efficiently and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
  3. That the client always receives consultancy services of uncompromising quality, feels truly helped and is being provided real added value.

Quality Assurance is handled by 4 departments:

The HR Department:

ProData Consult conducts very thorough, efficient and in-depth interviews with the Consultants to ensure our uncompromising quality in all validated IT Consultants. We also review the consultant’s CV in order to map out and validate his/her profile, competences, areas of expertise, project experience, references, etc.

The Sales Department:

In cooperation with the client, the specific profile required is fully defined in order to ensure an exact match to a consultant with the right competences and practical experience from similar projects. It is the responsibility of the Sales Department to ensure that the client receives a profile, which is an exact match for the project in question and which fully meets the expected quality standards.

The Delivery Department:

A further important quality assurance process takes place after the consultant has started working with the client. In order to maintain high quality levels and ensure that the project is delivered to the client’s complete satisfaction, the consultant/client cooperation is continuously monitored.

The Quality Department:

A Quality Assurance Plan is agreed on in advance in accordance with the client’s individual requirements and is acted on to ensure the continual delivery of uncompromising quality. When the consultant has completed the task, the client is invited to give a final evaluation of the consultant’s performance in order to enhance delivery quality still further.
